Created after a few beers in the Old China Hand with a "let's set a once only Friday run on Friday 29th Feb 2008" between Hopeless & Thermal Dick. Morphed into a once a month event.

Route:. A to A, 7pm SHARP start.

Changing Rooms & Showers : Showers / toilet – indoor sports centre just after you exit the MTR station.
